Uniform Rule 23 be waived on CS FOR HOUSE CONCURRENT                           
RESOLUTION NO. 10(HES) am Relating to allowing the state the                   
right to determine and impose sanctions on motor vehicle drivers, for          
the Rules Committee meeting today.  Without objection, it was so               
ordered.
